User Agreement
Welcome to Meppadi Landslide Rehabilitation Township Sponsorship Portal by Government of Kerala. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
You must meet the following criteria to use the Portal:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian
(b) Provide accurate and complete registration information
(c) Not have been previously suspended or banned from using the Portal.
Account Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and updating your information as needed.
Social Media Integration
You can sign up using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to collect necessary details from your social media profile.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all content shared on our platform. Any unlawful or abusive activities are strictly prohibited.
Data Privacy
We prioritize your privacy and security but cannot guarantee absolute safety. Third-party links in our application are not under our control.
Intellectual Property
The application and its content belong to State Disaster Management Authority, Government of Kerala , Government of Kerala. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of this agreement.
Modifications
We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kerala.
